Once you know where you want to reach, plan how will you achieve this step by step. Think about timeframe, monetary rewards and qualifications. For example, from entry level role to supervisory and finally to management position. Write all these down.
Once you have planned your career growth plan. Get off that seat and start moving. Sometimes, it also means quitting your good paying and comfortable job!
On a yearly basis, you want to look where you are in your career development plan. After five years, you want to relook at the entire plan because your life priorities may have changed. Make sure you love what you do every single day!
